Certain products or services may be available exclusively online. These may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund & Returns Policy.

We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be accurate.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, region, or jurisdiction, and to limit quantities offered. We may discontinue any product at any time. Any offer made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that product quality will meet your expectations or that errors in the Service will be corrected.

SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We may refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel orders at our discretion, including those placed under the same account, the same credit card, or using the same billing/shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you at the email, billing address, or phone number provided at checkout.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete purchase and account information and to update it as necessary for order processing.

SECTION 7 – FULFILLMENT AND PRODUCT TYPES

Some products are handmade and made to order, while others are fulfilled by our trusted international partners and reliable couriers. Processing times, packaging, and delivery methods may vary by product type. Handmade items may take additional time due to crafting and quality checks. SECTION 8 – ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed after 24 hours. Please review your order carefully before checkout. If you contact us immediately after placing an order, we will try to assist, but changes are not guaranteed. 

SECTION 9 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping fees and free-shipping thresholds are detailed in our Shipping Policy For handmade crochet orders over $300 and other orders over $100, shipping is free worldwide.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control. Delivery timelines are estimates only.

SECTION 10 – RETURNS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. Please review that policy for eligibility and conditions.

SECTION 11 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools which we do not control. These are provided “as is” without warranties. Use is at your own risk and subject to the provider’s terms.
