Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
  • Handmade crochet items are made to order. Please allow up to 10 additional days for processing, as each piece is carefully crafted by hand.

We proudly ship worldwide.

United States

  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on product type and location.
  • Handmade crochet items are shipped with trusted international couriers (such as DHL or FedEx) and typically arrive in 7–30 business days after dispatch.
  • Tracking is provided once shipped.

International

  • Estimated delivery: 7–30 business days, depending on destination and customs.
  • Customers are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes.
  • Delays may occur in certain regions due to customs processing.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on all handmade crochet orders over $300.
  • Free shipping on all other orders over $100.
  • For orders below these thresholds, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Tracking
All shipments include a tracking number provided by email. 
Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on fulfillment location.

Delays and Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control. If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, first check with your local carrier. If the issue is not resolved, contact us at info@uniquetreasures.co within 7 days of delivery so we can investigate.

Returns & Refunds

Return Window
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Handmade crochet or made-to-order items (unless defective or incorrect)
  • Perishable goods, personal care and beauty products, hazardous materials

Restocking Fee
All refunds are subject to a $15 restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount. Items returned damaged, used, or without original packaging may incur additional deductions or be ineligible.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
